Returns & Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will more than happy to issue an exchange or Refund in accordance with the policies here below:

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Downbrook Outfits reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
  • All returned products must be unworn, unwashed with the original package unaltered and original tags.
  • We refund only merchandise in resalable conditions.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
  • Downbrook Outfits won’t cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Please contact our customer service through an email in the Contact us section explaining the reasons of the possible Exchange or Return before sending in any merchandise.
  • Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.
  • In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will gladly assist you.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.
  • We realize that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.
