Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will more than happy to issue an exchange or Refund in accordance with the policies here below:
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Downbrook Outfits reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
- All returned products must be unworn, unwashed with the original package unaltered and original tags.
- We refund only merchandise in resalable conditions.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- Downbrook Outfits won’t cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Please contact our customer service through an email in the Contact us section explaining the reasons of the possible Exchange or Return before sending in any merchandise.
- Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will gladly assist you.
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.
- We realize that when ordering online, sometimes there are reasons why you may need to return your product. Our aim is to make this as painless as possible.
